A sample of 104 teachers from 31 randomly selected schools participated, with data collected via standardized questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. Findings reveal that CPD activities, including training and mentoring, significantly enhance teaching methods, leading to improved student attitudes, learning outcomes, and academic performance.
